Reasons to stop complaining

I hate my life and job right now

My boss is a chimp

Everyone has it better than me

I have the meanest parents ever;if it was not for them I would’ve definitely succeeded in my career

I don’t like my cartier earrings anymore

How dare the train arrive 30 nano-seconds late!!!Do they not know how late I’ll be to the meeting with investors from Saudi?

The man on the table next to mine got his quinoa salad in 5 mins while I’ve been tapping my Rado watch here for 40 minutes now.But you waiters at this restaurant are such cunts that….Phew!I’ll frickin get myself an unhealthy hotdog now, thanks very much for killing my enthusiasm to eat healthy!!!

The above are some of the examples of complaining in day-to-day life.

It has zero efficacy and only leads to an enhancement of negativity The situation does not change no matter how much one complains or whines

Nobody cares if you complain

It depletes positive energy

It enhances toxicity

It makes the mindset of un-holistic thoughts more rigid

It eats into precious time which can be used for more productive purposes

It becomes a nasty habit

It can get passed onto the next generation

In reality, life coaching is truly its own unique service designed to help people   meet the outcomes that will bring them success and fulfillment, in   all areas of life. Here are some of the differences between life coaching and therapy, and a basic guide for when each service is appropriate. DEFINING TERMS: LIFE COACH VS. THERAPIST What is therapy? Therapy, is a long-term process in which a client works with a professional to diagnose and resolve and heal problematic beliefs, behaviors, relationship issues, feelings ,emotional wounds and buried trauma and sometimes physical responses.
