Job or starting up-what would fulfil

Whining
These days everybody whines daily about long hours, lack of appreciation , asshole boss, unfair appraisal, inability to maintain work-life balance and the rest.
Most announce that I will “fucking quit my bullshit job” and become an entrepreneur and make it big like Steve Jobs or Bill gates.
Only these growlings are not followed by any concrete actions to quit the job or startup but is merely a way to let out frustration

Evaluating advantages and disadvantages of both:
Advantages of Job
  • Stable income
  • Job security
  • Growth opportunities
  • Disadvantages of job
  • Asshole boss
  • Long hours
  • No work life balance
  • No appreciation
  • No projects of choice

Advantage of startup
  • Autonomy
  • Building own growth path
  • Rapid growth possible
  • Freedom

Disadvantages of startup
  • Beggar like situation in initial phases for founders
  • No guarantee of take off
  • Can be wound up or acquired anytime
  • Low possible effort to reward ratio

So the question is what is the way out-job or startup?
The answer is none. That deep sense of satisfaction and inward fulfilment you are seeking will not stem from work-be it a startup or a corporate job.
That satisfaction will stem only from searching your soul and delving into corners and then filling them with adequate self love.

Difference between coaching and therapy

LIFE COACH VS. THERAPIST One of the most common misconceptions about  life coaching  is that it is therapy in disguise — or, worse yet, therapy from an unlicensed practitioner. In reality, life coaching is truly its own unique service designed to help people   meet the outcomes that will bring them success and fulfillment, in   all areas of life. Here are some of the differences between life coaching and therapy, and a basic guide for when each service is appropriate. DEFINING TERMS: LIFE COACH VS. THERAPIST What is therapy? Therapy, is a long-term process in which a client works with a professional to diagnose and resolve and heal problematic beliefs, behaviors, relationship issues, feelings ,emotional wounds and buried trauma and sometimes physical responses.
